Students seeking to obtain a certificate in one or more areas in Construction Trades, Automotive Technology, Culinary Arts, Baking & Pastry, and Cosmetology must submit the following:
Attach or email Valid Photo ID and High School Diploma or Transcript (or highest education obtained).
- Birth Certificate or Valid Photo ID- $9.00 Insurance Fee
*For on-going studentsNew students must first complete Admission Form, FERPA, Waiver, and Media Release Form before completing the Registration form.
